What this deck allows you to do is to use Bonus Track Buckethead to Stop plants from attacking again and again and again and Space Cowboy to do up to 15 damage in total to the plant hero. The Zombot Sharktronic Sub destroys all plants that get hurt by zombies and stay alive and gets +1 attack if a plant is destroyed.
